Raw Honey (crystallized)

Our raw honey naturally crystallizes sometimes, transforming into a thick creamy texture with crystals perfect for spreading on toast, stirring into tea, or enjoying straight from the spoon. Unlike processed honey, this is a sign of purity and is proof that it’s packed with natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients. In the photos, the crystallized honey is opaque and lighter in color. 

If you want to return it to liquid form, gently warm it but do not heat above 104 degrees to retain the active properties. 

About Our Bees
Our bees give us so much more than honey. By working with the natural rhythms of the hive, we’re able to harvest beeswax, honey, and propolis in a way that supports their health first. Our hives are never treated with harsh chemicals (organic-approved only), and we provide them with safe, pesticide and herbicide-free forage so they can thrive. Healthy bees mean healthier ecosystems.
